  • Advanced Sanitation is required when baby gear has been exposed to bodily fluids or heavy contamination and needs additional care beyond a standard cleaning. This service includes enhanced sanitation protocols, additional treatment time, and specialized cleaning methods to safely address these situations.

    Advanced Sanitation may be required for items with:
    • Vomit
    • Diaper leaks or accidents
    • Urine
    • Heavy milk or food buildup
    • Strong odors or excessive soiling

    This service ensures your baby’s gear is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using baby-safe products while maintaining the integrity of the item.

  • Expedited Delivery is available for clients who need their items returned sooner than our standard turnaround. This option prioritizes your order for early-morning return and additional scheduling coordination.

    Expedited Delivery ensures your cleaned items are delivered before 8:00am the following day, based on availability.

    This service includes:
    • Priority processing
    • Early-morning delivery before 8:00am
    • Reserved scheduling time

    Expedited Delivery must be selected at booking and is subject to availability.

  • Doona car seats require additional time and care due to their unique design as a convertible car seat and stroller in one. Cleaning a Doona involves detailed attention to both the car seat components and the integrated stroller frame and wheels.

    This service includes extra handling, additional cleaning steps, and careful sanitation of all moving parts while maintaining manufacturer guidelines.

    Recommended for:
    • Doona infant car seats with integrated stroller frames
    • Gear with both interior fabric and exterior stroller components

  • Rotating car seats require additional cleaning time due to their larger base, mechanical rotation system, and added components. Extra care is taken to clean around the rotating base and hard-to-reach areas while ensuring the functionality and integrity of the seat is preserved.

    This add-on accounts for the increased size, weight, and complexity of rotating car seats.

    Recommended for:
    • 360° or swivel car seats
    • Seats with large or mechanical bases

  • Pickup and delivery outside of our standard service area requires additional coordination and scheduling. This option is available by approval only and must be arranged prior to booking.

    Clients outside our service area must contact us before scheduling to confirm availability and applicable pricing.
